1. Gift Exchange Eligibility
- Unopened Gifts: Free gifted items that are unopened and in their original condition are eligible for an exchange within 7 days of receipt.
- Opened Gifts: Opened entheogenic gifts cannot be exchanged to ensure safety and integrity.
2. Quality Standards
- Gift Defects: If a gifted item is damaged or compromised (e.g., damaged packaging, evidence of contamination), you may request an exchange within 3 days of receipt. Exchanges will be honored only if the item’s condition deviates from our quality standards.
